Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all European Union countries as well as the United Kingdom.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping: €25.00
- Free shipping on orders over €500.00
Delivery Times:
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Made-to-Order Products:
Some of our products are handcrafted and made to order. For these items, please allow 8–12 weeks for production before dispatch. Made-to-order products are clearly indicated in the product description. If your order includes both standard and made-to-order items, they may be shipped separately.
Order Processing:
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Tracking:
A tracking number is provided for all orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Failed Delivery:
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
